Foundational AI is what the tasks are built upon.

7AI builds a living model of each environment's context and gets to know it better over time. Dedicated AI Security Engineers seed it at deployment, and every one of the 9M+ investigations run since February 2025 compounds it. This is why the same alert is judged correctly in one environment and cleared as a benign true positive in another.

Customers encode their own investigative procedures and tribal knowledge as Skills. With 7AI Build, customers and partners construct new harnesses, workflows, and entire services on the 7AI foundation. People are building things on 7AI that 7AI didn't design.
Every investigation and every action records its full reasoning: what was checked, what was found, what was done, and why. Analysts and auditors can inspect the complete trail behind every verdict. No black-box decisions, ever.
People-Led, AI-Driven is the operating model, not a tagline. Customers set the guardrails, define what agents act on versus escalate, and lead strategy, with dedicated AI Security Engineers as their counterparts. We started with what customers are telling us. Three out of five I spoke with this year said the same thing, almost word for word: they want to stop putting everything into the SIEM. Not because the SIEM failed them. Because the way we've run security operations for 20 years no longer matches how the work actually gets done. When AI agents can query, investigate, and act on data wherever it lives, the old assumptions start to fall away.
