Anna Suslova is Head of Growth Marketing at 7AI, and her work starts with a simple belief: the strongest relationships in security still get built in person.
That belief shapes how her team spends their time. 7AI is an AI-native startup, and Anna's team brings AI into as many of its processes as possible. The payoff is hours back in the week, and those hours go straight into the creative, high-touch work of bringing people together. "With the time that we get back from using AI, we're able to do and plan such creative and amazing events," she says.
For Anna, that's the right division of labor. AI handles the speed and the scale, and her team puts its own energy into the moments where people actually meet. "The one thing AI is not good at is human connection," she says. Relationships sit at the core of 7AI's growth marketing strategy, so the work that builds them stays with the humans.
She's watching demand for those moments climb. Whether it's a lasting effect of the pandemic or a response to how quickly AI has arrived, Anna sees a genuine appetite for in-person connection across the security community. 7AI's first Boston community event proved it, drawing more guests than the room was built for. "Nothing replaces face-to-face time," she says, and that conviction is how the next event came together.
On November 11, 7AI is hosting the Boston security community at the ICA Boston. The entire State Street Lobby is reserved for the evening, along with three private galleries, for a night of networking, drinks, and conversation. Guests can also pick up limited-quantity 7AI merch, available first come, first served. The guest list is intentionally smaller this time, capped at 150.
