Thirty years. Eight startups. One thing I've learned every time: the technology is rarely the constraint. The ecosystem around it is. Great tech scales when partners are empowered to co-build, co-sell, and co-market — and 7AI has designed that from day one. I've been at 7AI for a matter of weeks, and I'm all in. A couple of things stood out immediately.
Partner First isn't a slogan. It's how 7AI operates.
In a noisy market, partners are a massive differentiator, and this company treats them that way. That's not a line in a deck. It shows up in the numbers: 6.5x channel pipeline growth over three quarters, partner-registered wins up 7x quarter over quarter, and nearly 45% of pipeline now originating through partners. That's not a program on paper. That's partners already becoming a primary route to market. Today we're launching the 7AI Alliances Partner Program to scale that motion globally.
Speed is a strategy.
The other thing I felt right away was the speed. From GTM to product, it's a different gear, and it matters competitively. Legacy companies can't bolt AI onto old foundations and call it transformation. They can't make the pivot to become what we already are. That's another massive differentiator, and it's exactly why the partner opportunity is real. 7AI agents have already processed more than nine million investigations in production, and every stage of the agentic SOC lifecycle gives partners a new way to deliver value.
The SOC is converging. The partner model has to converge with it.
For years, security operations were separate functions with separate tools and separate buyers. Agentic AI is erasing those lines. When AI agents move across the full SOC lifecycle, the functions stop being silos and become one continuous loop that compounds.
Here's the part the industry hasn't fully absorbed: if the SOC is converging, the partner model has to converge with it. You can't serve a unified operating model with a fragmented ecosystem where resellers, integrators, service providers, technology alliances, and cloud partners all operate in separate lanes.
Most partner programs were built around one motion: resale. That worked in a world of discrete tools. It does not work in the AI economy. Organizations today need partners who can advise on selection, redesign workflows around agents, build recurring offerings, and extend reach through marketplaces, and they need those motions to reinforce one another, not collide. At 7AI, partners are the tip of the spear in this convergence. They modernize the SOC, reduce sprawl, replace the legacy platforms gouging customers, and separate signal from noise. Then they integrate, implement, and manage it all — delivering more than the sum of the parts. That's how the value chain gets built, for customers and partners alike. That's the design principle behind our program: a single model built to make each partner type additive to the others, so the ecosystem creates a network effect and the scale to match.
I'm not interested in ecosystems for their own sake. I'm interested in outcomes: larger deals, higher close rates, stronger retention, faster time to close, and lower cost of acquisition.
Scaling through partners, not around them
That's the philosophy behind everything we're building: we scale through our partners, not around them. In practice, that means the economics and the protections are designed to reward the work partners actually do. Select and Premier tiers give partners a clear path to grow with us. Value-based discounts tie reward to the value partners create, not just the transaction. Deal registration and renewal protections respect their investment. Dedicated alliance, sales, and technical resources, plus enablement and certification, help them build a profitable, durable practice.
Partners like GuidePoint Security, Ahead, DXC Technology, and AWS through Security Hub Extended are already in motion with us.
The future of security won't be defined by tooling. It'll be defined by ecosystems where AI agents and elite partners work in harmony to outpace attackers. That's the engine I've come to 7AI to build, and we're building it with our partners, from day one.
